John has been Director of Missions since June, 2006. He is a graduate of Belmont University, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also attended Baylor University and remains a fan of the Baylor Bears. He has served as a Missionary Journeyman in Kitwe, Zambia and as Youth Minister and Pastor at churches in Texas.
John is a Certified Navigator for Church Unique and God Dreams, and completing his certification for Life Younique. He is also a Certified Church Consultant, facilitator for Franklin/Covey Leadership, and trained Conflict Mediator. He has a passion for faith development that results in believers and churches illuminating new pathways to a more effective future, as well as mission partnerships that produce new churches. John’s LifeCall is, “To hold the light for people and organizations navigating new pathways to a more effective future.” His wife Lottie is a teacher and they have three children, Kelcie, Sean, and Nikolai. They are members of the Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church in Hudson Oaks.

Mark joined our staff in 2006 after serving as a pastor in Buffalo, Texas. He oversees evangelism and discipleship ministries to students at Weatherford College.
Mark is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served churches in Stephenville, Lamesa, and Buffalo as well as previously serving in Student Ministry at Hill College. His wife Calli is a registered nurse and they have two sons, Bud and Brady and a daughter Katelyn. They are members of Northside Baptist Church in Weatherford.
Leah has worked in our Office since 1996. She takes care of our financial bookkeeping manages the equipment reservations. She enjoys working with the Children at her church and also looks forward to Vacation Bible School and Senior Adult Activities. She contributes the major staff support to the annual Senior Adult Luncheon.
Leah grew up in a large family (seven brothers and sisters) that owned a tropical fish business. She continues to enjoy tropical, pond, and marine fish. She and her husband Mike are active members of Indian Creek Baptist Church in Mineral Wells. They have three grown children; Callie, Richard, and Rachel and five grandchildren.
